Agency of Record

AIP is a Collective of purpose-driven organisations across sectors (Actioning Infinite Possibilities), made up of both for-profit and not-for-profit. AIP engaged Futurekind for their Strategy, working with all organisations within the Collective to develop a common language, culture and direction.

Strategy - market research and developing the roadmap for the Collective including group strategy, organisational strategy, impact strategy and corporate strategy.

Retreat - designing, hosting & guiding all organisations and members of the Collective through a 7 day retreat to collaboratively co-design the future of the group and its organisations. To bring coherence across its direction and operations, as well as cohesion within its culture to form a common language and vision.

Strategy, Production & Investment

Flowgen engaged Futurekind to assist in its Series A capital raise. Flowgen is revolutionising green energy with an innovation in hydrokinetic power - incorporating both green hydrogen and sustainable irrigation. Flowgen is developing dam-free scalable hydropower solutions using next-gen hydrokinetic turbines for continuous clean energy production. They will also integrate low-cost green hydrogen production using hydropower and electrolysis, as well as sustainable irrigation and energy systems for agriculture.

Flowgen has now been recognised by IPCEI Hydrogen Europe as a critical contributor to Europe’s hydrogen technology ecosystem, validating their technological innovation and strategic importance in advancing the EU’s green energy and hydrogen goals. As well as providing Flowgen with access to support for funding opportunities, scaling and deployment.


Creative & Production

Phantm engaged Futurekind to design and develop its websites, including graphics and production. Phantm is a gamechanging biomaterials enterprise founded on innovative technical solutions to two complex problems: Food Waste and Petrochemical Plastics. Since 2020, Phantm has built a collaborative business that supports every brand by finding solutions for their products and packaging - helping to reduce their environmental footprint, wherever they are on their product sustainability journey.

The Islita engaged Futurekind to develop its strategy for creating a new regenerative and destination wellness hospitality concept in Costa Rica. Futurekind assisted in preparing the Investor Memorandum (IM), website, and representing the project to investors in the capital raising process.


NZ Spirit Festival

Strategy & Creative

NZ Spirit Festival engaged Futurekind to develop its strategy for creating a new series of events in territories outside New Zealand including Australia and the US. Futurekind assisted in event production, business development, preparing the Investor Memorandum (IM) for international projects as well as for its regenerative land & events project in New Zealand, and in representing the projects to investors.

Constellation Brands

Constellation Brands engaged Futurekind & Mediasmith to develop media strategy for each of its brands, creating double digit growth in reach, engagement and sales in Australia. National media plans across both traditional and digital media were prepared and delivered YoY for brands including Round Theory Wines (An award-winning, sustainably grown, vegan wine brand), Kim Crawford Wines & Robert Mondavi Wines. The scope of campaigns we planned and delivered for Constellation Brands included innovations blending Mobile and Outdoor Digital Display, Publishing & Influencer Partnerships (e.g. with ARE Media and Mamamia), Large Format Outdoor & Digital, Transit, Retail, Print, Sponsorships, Digital Partnerships, Programmatic, as well as Social Media (including Tiktok & Pinterest), TV & Video, Radio, Podcasts, and Influencer Marketing.

YARN Australia engaged Futurekind for strategy, production and campaign management for its Redfern Waterloo Aboriginal Social & Affordable Housing campaign - petitioning for minimum housing standards as the home of the Aboriginal community in Sydney gets redeveloped. YARN has also engaged Futurekind across many of its other campaigns and initiatives over the years, including helping to produce NAIDOC Week events and its Macleay Valley Aboriginal Community Controlled Forums.

The Redfern Waterloo Aboriginal Affordable Housing Campaign is a campaign to increase the amount of affordable housing for Aboriginal people in Redfern and Waterloo, New South Wales. The campaign's goal is to prevent the displacement of the local Aboriginal community.

Campaign goals:

  • Increase the amount of affordable housing for Aboriginal people

  • Prevent the displacement of the local Aboriginal community

  • Preserve the Aboriginal community's spiritual home.

Campaign Actions:

  • Holding meetings to discuss developments in the area

  • Working with local MPs and the City of Sydney council

  • Advocating for a commitment to 10% Aboriginal housing in all government developments in the area.

Campaign Impact:

The state government committed to a minimum allocation of 7.5% Aboriginal housing in the Waterloo Estate redevelopment.

Flow Hive engaged Futurekind for a review and update to its marketing strategy & planning. Futurekind then worked within the team as an interim Marketing Lead to manage production and media across digital assets and campaigns. Flow Hive is a company that makes beehives and aims to be sustainable, ethical and regenerative. As an internationally renowned Australian brand, Flow Hive is a certified BCorp and supports beekeeping communities, educates people about bees and protects pollinator habitats.

Hemp Foods Australia engaged Futurekind as its Agency of Record across all Advertising & Marketing functions. Futurekind prepared the business for a relaunch as hemp (seed) - one of the most nutritionally rich food sources available - was finally reclassified in Australia as a human food source. Futurekind delivered a comprehensive go-to-market strategy including a brand update, packaging refresh, photography & videography production, website redesign and content production (including blogs and recipes); a PR campaign with a VIP launch event and influencer marketing, a national media campaign across traditional and digital media channels including social media - as well as the production of all campaign materials and assets.

Futurekind was a core stakeholder and co-founder of Reunion Earth, a transition accelerator, impact project producer and learning & development collective. Futurekind helped to produce the 2019 Federal Election Vote For The Planet campaign, which catapulted Climate policy to the top of the Election agenda. The campaign was a driving force in educating Australians how to vote, the importance of preferencing, and the incredible importance of climate policy and climate change in the political sphere.

As part of Reunion Earth, Futurekind also collaboratively designed the curriculum and produced a special learning program for changemakers. RiseUp↑ was part self-transformation course, part think tank/action tank and part community builder. It was also a journey of deep enquiry, designed to help instigate and support the kind of leadership we need in this age.

A Reunion Project

Problem: With the media focusing on franking credits and ScoMo antics on the hustings, how do we shift the narrative to make climate change a primary issue three weeks out from the federal election?

Solution: Vote For The Planet

Story: We created #votefortheplanet to inform & educate the Australian public around the strength of climate policy for each political party - across all 151 electorates.

Vote For The Planet was born just 3 weeks out of the election - with zero budget - but with a burning desire to empower the hundreds and thousands of kids who are unable to vote for the type of future they would like. Several kids on election day even tried to mock-arrest Tony Abbott for his lack of action on climate issues…

www.Environment.Vote helped ignite a movement to make the 2019 Federal Election a #ClimateElection.

We took an emergent approach to empowering the people of Australia to vote for their planet - using simple how to vote cards for all 151 electorates and a real-time evolving climate policy scorecard for major parties, built on a positive impact algorithm for our best shot at a regenerative future. Here’s a quick summary of our #votefortheplanet achievements:

  • In just the 7 days leading up to the election, our website had over 500,000 page views.

  • Obtained media coverage nationally and internationally including on the BBC news.

  • Encouraged parties to change their public climate policies.

  • The top 25 viewed electorate guides all elected or had swings to the parties we suggested, except for Kooyong (Josh Frydenberg).

#votefortheplanet was a key element of the movement for “Climate Change” to be the number one searched issue on Google for the Federal election.

Futurekind was a core stakeholder and co-founder of Conscious Ground, an educational Foundation for delivering regenerative solutions to the issues of the modern world. As part of Conscious Ground, Futurekind created the foundation, finalising funding and purchasing a 200 acre farm in Byron Bay. Futurekind helped develop the strategy for the foundation, design the curriculum for the education centre, design and produce all marketing programs and materials including brand strategy & branding, photography & videography production, social media, website design and development, on-property signage and brand materials, local partnerships and fundraising.
